The price for services provided (legal advice, translations, etc.) is calculated as a multiple of the hourly rate agreed upon between the client and NIRRIS. The hourly rate depends on the nature of the legal service provided, particularly its difficulty, complexity, and time demands, as well as the experience of the lawyer delivering the service. The hourly rate will always be communicated to the client-consumer before any activities commence.
Administrative service costs associated with providing legal services (telephone, standard copying, etc.) are charged at a flat rate determined by a percentage of the invoiced fee.
Expenses for notaries, expert opinions, court and administrative fees, technical document copies (e.g., geometric and extensive technical plans), or copies of extensive materials are recharged at actual costs based on relevant documentation.
Travel expenses are charged based on the actual number of kilometers at a rate of CZK 15 per kilometer. This amount includes fuel consumption and vehicle wear and tear. Accommodation expenses or costs for air or rail transportation are recharged at actual costs based on relevant documentation.
Fees are billed monthly based on invoices that meet the requirements of a tax document under applicable legal regulations. Each invoice includes a list of provided legal services, containing the date of the service, a brief description, the name of the lawyer, the number of minutes, the hourly rate, and the amount charged for the service per person. Invoices have a payment due date of 15 days.
All amounts listed above are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
Under Section 20, paragraph 4 of Act No. 85/1996, on Advocacy, the client has the right to withdraw from the legal services contract at any time without providing a reason.
